Suggested Use

Mix 1 scoop (22g) with 200–300ml cold water and consume 15–30 minutes before training. Assess tolerance before using a full serving. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Because this contains 350mg caffeine at a full serving, I would make the half-serving option prominent rather than hiding it.
